How this works

There are three steps, and the third one is the reason people come back to me: I don’t disappear once you’ve booked.

   Tell me about your trip

   Use the planner or pick up the phone. I want dates (rough is fine), who’s travelling, what you love, and — if roots are part of it — the surname and county. Ten minutes gives me enough to work with.

2. 2

   I match you with a trusted company

   I choose between my two or three vetted, family-run partner companies — the right one depends on your group, your pace and your interests — and they get your whole itinerary sorted. You’ll get a real itinerary with real names in it, priced in US dollars, and we’ll refine it together until it’s yours.

3. 3

   I’m on the phone while you’re here

   From the day you land, you have my number and I answer it — not an office, me. Weather turns, a boat’s cancelled, someone’s knee objects to a hill: I re-arrange it while you finish your breakfast. Ireland is 5 hours ahead of US Eastern time.
